Republic of the Congo New Parliament Building

In recent years, China and the Republic of the Congo have achieved significant results in infrastructure, civil aviation, and industrial capacity cooperation. The New Parliament Building of the Republic of the Congo stands as another major aid project among these accomplishments. With the rapid development of bilateral relations, this project will become a new benchmark of friendly cooperation between the two countries.

Located in the city center of Brazzaville, the capital of the Republic of the Congo, the New Parliament Building comprises two three-story main structures housing the National Assembly and the Senate. It includes a 500-seat National Assembly hall, a 300-seat Senate hall, offices for the parliamentary speaker, reception halls, and offices for other leaders and standing committees. This venue will serve as a primary location for various large-scale domestic and international conferences, playing a vital role in the political, economic, and cultural life of the country.

For the New Parliament Building, we supplied over 800 units of simultaneous interpretation discussion and voting systems, more than 800 sets of bilateral headphones, over 700 embedded CAT5 series digital conference units, PRO series graphical control systems, central control systems, and high-definition recording and broadcasting systems.

The over 800 embedded simultaneous interpretation discussion and voting units, along with more than 800 sets of bilateral headphones, are installed in the National Assembly and Senate halls. Combined with over 700 CAT5 digital discussion units, they form a comprehensive simultaneous interpretation system suitable for any type of meeting.

The simultaneous interpretation system supports 31+1 interpretation channels, enabling translation for up to 31+1 languages. It features high transmission frequency, strong signal transmission capability, and clear audio quality, while avoiding interference from high-frequency light sources. This ensures seamless multilingual communication. Additionally, CREATOR’s digital conference console employs a dual-system hot backup function. If either main unit fails, the system continues to operate normally. The entire conference system uses a ring daisy-chain connection, providing multiple layers of security to ensure that important meetings proceed smoothly, safely, and without interruption.

Both halls are equipped with X6 series high-definition all-in-one recording and broadcasting systems, meeting the needs of recording important meetings. The new generation of high-definition recording and broadcasting systems integrates cross-network multi-room recording management, high-definition video encoding, recording, on-demand playback, live streaming, directing, and a recording platform. Supporting multiple video input formats, it addresses the need for both high-definition and standard-definition video recording, catering to the requirements of large, medium, and small meeting rooms. It easily enables functions such as live web streaming, synchronous recording, video on-demand, and video download.

Furthermore, multiple large PRO hybrid matrix switchers are deployed in various functional areas of the New Parliament Building, enabling seamless switching, transmission, and unified management of audio and video signals across these areas. For centralized control, a central control system is installed, allowing for the centralized management, intelligent operation, and user-friendly control of various devices. Even non-professionals can easily manage signal mode switching in the venue.
