About Us
On the distant African continent, the Republic of the Congo's National Route No. 1 stretches like a thousand-mile ribbon, traversing vast landscapes to connect cities and villages, carrying the hopes and dreams of the Congolese people.

Today, the peoples of China and the Congo work hand-in-hand to meticulously maintain this "Road of Dreams," supporting the economic development of the Republic of the Congo. Following the completion of the Congo's Parliament Building, CREATOR has now provided the ESP Graphical Control Platform, Tumeng Central Control System, and ESMART Paperless Conference System for the dispatch and consultation room of the National Route No. 1/2 Maintenance Department. These deployments offer robust IT support for the efficient operation of the facility.
With the advent of the smart era, traditional meetings are gradually transitioning to paperless systems. The Congo's Road Maintenance Department sought to adopt a paperless conference system for its meeting facilities. This system not only enhances meeting efficiency, reduces paper costs, and minimizes printing workloads but also ensures the security and confidentiality of documents while facilitating easy access to materials, making meetings more streamlined and convenient.
To meet these needs, the CREATOR ESMART Paperless Conference System was implemented in the dispatch room. The system encompasses real-time document sharing, synchronized screen displays, asynchronous browsing, interactive annotations, file storage and sharing, intelligent document distribution, electronic whiteboards, and comprehensive meeting control services—all designed to enhance efficiency and interaction.
With its user-friendly interface, straightforward operation, and reliable performance, the ESMART system significantly reduces operational pressure, simplifies meeting management, and improves participant productivity. Additionally, customized services were extended to the Congolese users, including language localization of the conference software, tailoring the system to meet specific national, linguistic, and procedural requirements.
The Tumeng Control System further enhances flexibility in intelligent control. Through the G12HD touchscreen, users can centrally manage all devices, implement intelligent controls, and operate paperless equipment with one-touch raising or lowering functions. Even non-technical personnel can easily manage signal mode switching in the conference room.
The ESP Graphical Control Platform installed in the dispatch room enables clear, real-time transmission of surveillance footage from key sections of Route No. 1/2 to the display screens in the meeting room. This allows decision-makers to quickly assess road conditions and make informed judgments.
The platform supports switching, transmission, and unified management of audiovisual signals within functional areas, allowing diverse display of video content on screens. Its modular splicing processor supports mixed card configurations, online maintenance, and expansion. With dual control cards and redundant power supplies, the system ensures uninterrupted and stable operation of the dispatch room equipment by automatically switching to backup modules in case of failure.
