China-Vietnam Border Defense Friendship Exchange Concludes Successfully, Supported by CREATOR's Safeguarding Technology

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam, the 9th China-Vietnam Border Defense Friendship Exchange was held in late April in relevant areas and ports of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Vietnam's Lang Son Province. Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun and Vietnamese Defense Minister Phan Van Giang co-chaired the exchange and held talks. The Border Defense Friendship Exchange, first held in 2014, is a concrete measure to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two Parties and countries, playing a positive role in maintaining security, stability, and prosperous development in the border areas. This exchange mainly included a joint naval patrol in the Beibu Gulf, cultural exchanges between border residents, and joint free medical consultations by military medical personnel from both sides. The two defense ministers also visited border defense units, smart ports, schools, and villages, planted friendship trees, observed the launch ceremony of the Beibu Gulf joint patrol via video link, and witnessed the signing of relevant cooperation documents.

For such a large-scale exchange, the border troops support center bore the core mission of ensuring its safe, stable, and successful execution. At the support center for the China-Vietnam friendship exchange, CREATOR's ECIS Distributed Seating Collaboration Management System was deployed, comprising hundreds of units, providing robust technical support for the command and dispatch system.

The support center achieved interconnected collaboration under a distributed architecture. Integrating command dispatch, composite operations, and joint patrols into one cohesive system, it enabled efficient communication and rapid response across departments, ensuring unified command and cross-functional operations throughout. By connecting various systems, real-time information on personnel flow, vehicles, and road conditions at the event venues could be acquired, facilitating top-down coordination, internal-external collaboration, and joint operations. This helped build a comprehensive security defense line featuring overall prevention, multi-dimensional protection, and layered filtering, significantly enhancing the overall security management effectiveness. Furthermore, video feeds from key event scenes could be instantly retrieved, with support for multi-screen roaming, splicing, real-time signal preview, fully visual dispatch, and customizable protocols. All dispersed signals were unified under centralized management and control, enabling visual management and command dispatch. Operators could quickly switch between systems and display any signal on large screens directly from their seats, simplifying complex system switching into a streamlined process.

CREATOR has consistently provided technical support for major events including the Harbino Asian Winter Games, Chengdu Universiade, Beijing Winter Olympics, security center for the 70th National Day parade, Papua New Guinea APEC Summit, and G20 Summit. Moving forward, we remain committed to developing tailored technical solutions for various events, offering even more robust support for activity security.
