The 15th National Games

During the support mission, CREATOR provided core technical support for the forward emergency support system of the Guangzhou Public Security Support Center for the 15th National Games and the Power Support Center of Guangdong Power Grid for the National Games, contributing to emergency support. Multiple all-terrain emergency command vehicles were deployed around the competition venues. Each emergency command vehicle used the ECIS distributed system, MID graphic control platform, and central control system as the core to build a comprehensive emergency command platform integrating on-site audio and video collection, real-time processing, centralized control, remote consultation, and command communication. At the Power Support Center, with the ECIS distributed system and central control system as the technical core, and based on the digital map of Guangzhou's entire power grid, a comprehensive electric power emergency command platform was built by integrating core business systems such as smart power protection command, power load management, and energy big data. This platform achieves highly aggregated information, precise monitoring and analysis, and extremely fast resource allocation.
The 9th Asian Winter Games

The support command centers for the Asian Winter Games, including one general command center and two sub-command centers, all adopted graphic control management platforms centered on multiple CREATOR ESP-MAX3636/7272 splicing processors. This achieved efficient management and intelligent processing of audio and video data from various venue support centers, providing strong technical support for the safety and security of the Asian Winter Games.
Joint City-2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cross-border Rescue Joint Exercise

During the joint exercise, in response to a support request from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Guangdong Provincial Fire and Rescue Corps mobilized forces including the Guangzhou and Shenzhen Fire and Rescue Detachments, totaling 13 fire trucks and 70 commanders and fighters, achieving rapid clearance and cross-border support through a green channel. During this exercise, CREATOR dispatched an engineer team to be stationed throughout the process at the exercise sites in Hong Kong and the Guangdong Fire Headquarters, conducting real-time technical inspections and system maintenance for the 13 cross-border fire trucks, ensuring the joint rescue exercise proceeded with zero faults.
The 9th China-Vietnam Border Defense Friendly Exchange Activity

The border defense forces' support center utilized hundreds of CREATOR's ECIS distributed console collaboration management systems, providing solid technical support for the command and dispatch system. The support center achieved interconnected collaboration under distributed connectivity, integrating command and dispatch, integrated operations, and joint patrols into a unified operational framework.
Three Seismological Bureaus in Jiangxi Province

The Jiangxi Provincial Seismological Bureau initiated digital reform, with the Jiangxi Provincial Seismological Bureau, Jiujiang Seismological Bureau, and Ganzhou Seismological Bureau upgrading simultaneously. During this upgrade, the monitoring centers, various large and small meeting rooms, and report halls of the three seismological bureaus all adopted CREATOR's ECIS distributed console collaboration management system, used concurrently with the Jiangxi Provincial Seismological Bureau's 72-channel PRO hybrid high-definition splicing matrix and M4 series digital conference system. Supported by distributed basic informatization, internal resources were fully integrated, and basic work was informatized to the greatest extent possible. A resource pool with massive information was built, closely connecting provincial, city, and county-level seismological institutions, upgrading earthquake prevention and disaster relief from a single-point response to area-wide linkage, providing timely, effective, powerful, and rich multiple services and data support for practical operations.
A Certain Emergency Management Bureau in Guangdong Province

According to project requirements, the First and Second Emergency Command Centers in the Emergency Management Bureau adopted CREATOR's FSP non-IP optical fiber console management platform in the construction of their audio and video systems. The FSP non-IP optical fiber console platform used two FSP-MAX320 optical fiber matrices as the core, paired with optical fiber console transmission nodes, building an efficient, stable, and secure command and dispatch system. It used direct optical fiber connections to replace IP networks, reshaping the nerve center for emergency command.
A Certain Operational Command Center in Fujian Province

The First and Second Emergency Command Centers adopted CREATOR's FSP non-IP optical fiber console management platform. The system utilized two FSP-MAX320 optical fiber matrices as the core, paired with optical fiber console transmission nodes, to build an efficient and secure command and dispatch system.
Alxa Right Banner Emergency Management Bureau

The Alxa Right Banner Emergency Management Bureau comprehensively deployed CREATOR's ECIS distributed system, ESMART paperless conference system, Lingzhi X1 series digital conference system, Tumeng central control system, and a full set of sound reinforcement systems in core areas such as the command center, video conference room, and meeting room. This built a new emergency command ecosystem featuring area-wide perception, efficient collaboration, and intelligent dispatch, integrating air, space, and ground. The core of emergency command lies in smooth information flow, efficient decision-making, and precise instructions. Through a series of integrated deployments in various application scenarios of the command headquarters, the pain points of traditional command modes, such as signal fragmentation, cumbersome operations, and coordination delays, were fundamentally resolved.
Alxa Left Banner Emergency Management Bureau

In the newly built Emergency Command Center and two decision-making meeting rooms of the Alxa Left Banner Emergency Management Bureau, an emergency command solution centered on CREATOR's ECIS distributed console management system and ESMART paperless conference system was designed. It achieved area-wide data interoperability, integrated multi-source data, supported real-time dispatch and visual decision-making, formed a closed loop of monitoring-command-meeting-disposal, created an automated and intelligent emergency command platform, and provided efficient support for local emergency management.
Chongqing Emergency Forward Command Vehicle Project

Forty-six emergency forward command vehicles were equipped with MID series high-definition hybrid splicing matrices and central control systems. The vehicles achieved seamless integration with rear command centers, supporting mobile emergency response and communication.
Yichang Fire Command Center

Relying on its professional products and technology, CREATOR provided effective technical support and guarantee for the construction of this project. The Yichang Fire Command Center activated the CREATOR ECIS distributed system. It achieved integrated linkage between comprehensive services and the command center, possesses functions such as intelligent alarm reception and handling, command dispatch, and decision-making meetings, ensures the interconnection of the command and dispatch systems of the city's fire rescue forces, enables real-time transmission of various data, and has built an information infrastructure platform characterized by automated command, intelligent decision-making, and comprehensive resource integration.
Capital Airport Education and Research Base

We provided a smart classroom + multi-scenario conference management solution centered on 150 sets of ECIS distributed systems, 35 smart classroom media terminals, 33 touch screens, over 200 sets of infrared simultaneous interpretation systems, wireless WiFi conference systems, and M4 series digital conference systems for the 27 classrooms, multiple meeting rooms, and report halls of the research base. This created a teaching and conference management system integrating centralized equipment control, classroom teaching interaction, multi-scenario intelligent management, infrared simultaneous interpretation, etc.
