● Support pre conference preparation (setting up the chairman's machine and representative machine, adding participants, setting up welcome words, setting conference topics, arranging participants' seats, uploading conference materials and setting file permissions, adding votes, and selecting participants);
● Conference control (supporting check-in, intelligent distribution of documents, interactive presentation of conferences on the same screen, external signal to terminal display, large screen on any screen of the terminal, conference services, conference voting, conference communication, and interactive electronic whiteboard);
● Save after the conference (archiving conference content, uploading conference materials, reviewing historical conferences, and clearing data);

● Supporting the need for secondary password authentication to open files in confidential conference mode;
