About Us
A meeting room is not fully delivered when the last device powers on. The customer needs to know how the room starts, which controls matter and what to check when something is not working normally.
A clear handover reduces support calls and gives the customer confidence during their first important meetings.

The handover should follow a normal user journey: enter the room, select a mode, connect a source, speak into the microphones and shut the room down.
The integrator should check the complete room rather than treating audio, display and control as separate deliveries. A broken workflow is usually noticed by the customer before an individual device fault.
| Planning Area | Practical Check |
|---|---|
| Room modes | Confirm each mode starts the expected equipment. |
| Audio | Test normal speech and remote call audio. |
| Source labels | Use names that match the customer's room. |
| Support record | Keep final settings and connection notes. |
The customer should receive only the level of detail they need for daily use. Engineering records can be kept separately for the maintenance team.
CREATOR conference systems and central control systems can be handed over together as a complete meeting-room workflow.
Ask a customer representative to complete the key actions during acceptance. This is the best way to identify unclear labels or an over-complicated control step.
After delivery, a short room guide and clear equipment labels help the customer use the system consistently. When the meeting format, furniture or video platform changes, the room settings should be reviewed rather than relying on the original configuration.
For important rooms, keeping a basic record of microphone positions, source names and normal volume settings makes support work much faster.
Good AV handover turns an installed room into a room the customer can use confidently every day. For project planning or product configuration support, please contact CREATOR.
