FSP Series Non-IP Fiber Optic Agent Collaboration Management System

FSP-MAX80/160/320/640

FSP series non-IP fiber optic agent collaboration management system adopts a new generation FPGA stacked architecture, breaking through the independent bandwidth limitation of the traditional Crosspoint Switch architecture. It adopts multi-channel composite channel technology, greatly improving the matrix transmission bandwidth and signal exchange efficiency, and achieving a new upgrade of the hybrid switching matrix hardware architecture.

FSP series non-IP fiber optic agent collaboration management system includes models FSP-MAX80, FSP-MAX160, FSP-MAX320, FSP-MAX640, and other models. Its signal input/output interfaces include HDMI, DVI, SDI, optical fiber, and other video interfaces. Leading all digital signal processing technology ensures signal distortion free processing, delivering the highest quality images to display terminals. Through customized configuration of various identical or different input/output cards, you can form a single interface type or multiple interface type matrix, such as fiber matrix, HDMI matrix, DVI matrix, CAT5 matrix, VGA matrix, YUV matrix, Video matrix, and so on.

It provides multiple control modes, RS-485 extended keyboard operation, and also provides 2-way standard RS-232 communication interfaces and network ports, facilitating the use of various remote control devices by users.

●  Utilizes a new generation of FPGA stacking technology, breaking through the single-link bandwidth limitations of traditional Crosspoint Switch architectures.
●  Supported signal board types include:
    1) 2K Signal Cards: HDMI, SF Optical Fiber SDI, and DVI input/output switching boards.
    2) 4K Signal Cards: HDMI 2.0, 4K Fiber, 4K DP, 4K IP (H.264/H.265), and 4K HDBaseT twisted-pair input/output switching boards.
●  The device supports seamless switching between any signals with no intermediate states such as blue/black screens or flickering. Switching interval is 33ms.
●  Features include window splicing, overlay, roaming, switching, scaling, and Picture-in-Picture (PiP).
●  Modular card design supports hot-swapping. Module replacement does not affect the normal operation of other modules.
    1) Input card hot-swap recovery: 1 second
    2) Output card hot-swap recovery: 3 seconds
    3) Power module hot-swap recovery: 1 second
●  The front panel features an operable display screen for status reading and operation. The LCD screen provides real-time display of:
    1) Signal source status and channel display status
    2) MAC and IP addresses, baud rate, and device model
    3) Allows for signal switching and preset storage/recall
●  Output signal frame rate is independent of window size and the number of input processing channels. Input/Output configurations support optional 8-channel 2K cards, effectively doubling the system's channel capacity.
●  The system uses embedded processing, ensuring operation is unaffected by external operating systems. Each high-definition signal uses serial communication, with all output channels operating independently without signal interference.
●  Supports multiple control methods: TCP/IP network control, serial port control, and front-panel button control.
●  Features built-in power-off memory retention and recovery. The device includes a dual control card backup safety design supporting hot backup. In case of a control card failure or removal, output images remain stable without black screens or flickering.
●  Supports saving up to 2000 matrix presets and 2000 video wall presets.
●  Built-in background image functionality requires no additional devices or cards. Background images can be called or deleted as needed, and settings are automatically restored on power-up. Supports embedded audio.
●  Maximum single-unit backplane signal processing bandwidth is 50,000 Gbps. Signals undergo lossless, uncompressed processing with no dropped frames or stuttering.
●  The device ensures high reliability and stability, with a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of 100,000 hours, supporting continuous and stable 7x24x365 operation.
●  Support OSD menu management, EDID management: support custom resolution output, achieve complete splicing display, 2K board supports single card window with 16 layers, 4K board supports single card with 8 layers: support video splicing, image window can be freely scaled, overlaid, and roamed within the full screen range, the screen is consistent without black screen when calling the plan, opening the window, and moving the window, support scrolling subtitle banner (real-time clock), background image upload, subtitle overlay function;Support web page manipulation and visual preview of the operation interface;Support contingency plan management, customizable saving of contingency plans, and the ability to call contingency plans at any time: support for board fault detection function, support for device input/output status detection function; Support power redundancy backup and dual control card backup; The equipment has high reliability and stability, with an average time between failures>50000 hours, and supports 7x24x365 continuous and stable operation.
