a. Pre-sales Service
If you need a plan design, please feel free to call our customer service center hotline. We'll send professional designers to investigate the construction site and exact products you desire. A professional technical solution will be offered without charge.

b. Installation and Debugging
1. CREATOR appoints professional technicists to the clients' sites for installation and debugging. Under a special case when the installation needs improvement, our side will negotiate with the users. We promise that the installation and debugging will be finished in a time specified by both parties. Both sides negotiate to handle the time delay caused by natural or demander reasons.
2. Standard of Debugging: Please refer to the standards stated by CREATOR instructions.

c. Maintenance
Each set of equipment comes with a lifetime maintenance and one-year warranty time since the acceptance. During the warranty period, users can call us when the equipment needs maintenance or has quality problems. Our company will give them solutions within 4 hours after receiving the phone calls. Beyond the period, a cost-recovery fee will be charged.

Within the guaranteed maintenance period, the user shall undertake the loss if he uses or manages the equipment in an improper way. In this case, we offer paid service. When it is not clear who causes the loss, we offer the maintenance service first and then both parties negotiate how to undertake the fees.

Under the following conditions, users have to pay for maintenance.
1. The equipment is damaged because of improper operation.
2. Equipment damage caused by improper using conditions, e.g. unqualified power supply, extreme environment temperatures, humid, threatening weather, etc.
3. Failures resulted from natural disasters, for instance, earthquake, typhoons, and so on.
4. Unauthorized personnel maintain the equipment, which results in the damage.
5. Beyond the warranty period.

e. Training
CREATOR provide free training service to the clients for proper operation. After the training, the clients can skillfully operate the equipment, and handle some basic failures with ease. The training includes two phases as basic training and on-site training. Our trainers are professional engineers who own many years' experience.

Training Concept
Let the clients be acquainted with the equipment performance, structure, maintenance, and operation methods, so that they can use the equipment in a proper way. Additionally, we teach the clients about commonly seen trouble shooting methods.
